Let's build the plan

Tell us the market, the budget and what a win looks like. We will come back with a plan that says exactly where it goes and what it should return — and we will tell you plainly if we think the budget is wrong for the footprint.

What to bring to the first conversation

None of this is mandatory, but the more of it you have, the faster we can tell you something useful rather than something general.

  • Your service area. The actual one — the zip codes you will drive to, not the metro you are listed in. This is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
  • Where your last twenty or forty jobs came from. Better than any audience research we could buy.
  • The budget, honestly. Including whether it is monthly or annual, and whether it has to flex by season.
  • What a win looks like in numbers. Appointments, jobs sold, a cost per lead you can live with.
  • What you have already tried, and what it seemed to do. Especially the things that did not work.

What happens next

We look at the market, the geography and the season, and we come back with a schedule: what runs, how heavily, in what order, at what cost, and how it will be measured. If we think the budget is too thin for the footprint you have described, we will say so and recommend shrinking the footprint rather than thinning the frequency.

If the honest answer is that we are not the right agency for what you need, you will get that answer too.

Straight answers to two fair questions

Do you have a minimum budget? It depends far more on the geography than the total. A tight zip-code plan can do real work on a modest monthly figure; the same money spread across the full Twin Cities DMA buys a frequency of about one and achieves nothing. Tell us the footprint and we will tell you whether the budget fits it.

Do you work outside the Twin Cities? Yes, though this metro is where our direct station relationships and local knowledge are worth the most. We are candid about the difference.
